Ted Baker & Tory Burch Enter L.A. Market with Retail Stores on Robertson Boulevard.

NEW YORK -- PBS Realty Advisors, LLC, today announced that sportswear and accessories designer Tory Burch and British-based clothing designer Ted Baker have signed lease agreements for retail stores on Robertson Boulevard in Los Angeles. The leases are part of the designers' plans to build brand image and expand their retail businesses throughout the United States.

Representing the first retail store in the designer's previously announced expansion plans, Tory Burch Shoes is located at 142 South Robertson Boulevard. The store occupies 1,568 square feet on the ground floor and 448 square feet on the mezzanine level. Ted Baker's continued U.S. rollout follows a successful launch in New York City and Las Vegas in the Forum Shops. Located at 131 North Robertson Boulevard, Ted Baker will be occupying 2,500 square feet on the ground floor and 500 square feet on the mezzanine level.
